MA-50-A-03型电缆分切预裁机由行车动力系统，液压动力系统，绕卷动力系统，排线记米系统，电气控制系统五大部分组成。
The MA-50-A-03 Cable Cutting and Pre-Cutting Machine consists of five major components: the traveling crane power system, the hydraulic power system, the winding power system, the cable arranging and length-measuring system, and the electrical control system.
1：行车动力系统，由2个0.8KW电机作为驱动动力，使车身在轨道上自由行驶。加载自动定位系统可使设备自动移动到目标位置停止。
Traveling Crane Power System: Driven by two 0.8KW motors, it enables the machine body to move freely on the rails. When equipped with an automatic positioning system, the equipment can automatically move to the target position and stop.
2：液压动力系统，由一个3.8KW电机为主液压站提供液压动力，控制5个液压油缸完成指定动作。经久耐用，故障率低。
Hydraulic Power System: A 3.8KW motor provides hydraulic power for the main hydraulic station, controlling 5 hydraulic cylinders to complete specified actions. It features durability and low failure rate.
3：绕卷动力系统，由4个油缸提供动力，使绕卷电机平台可以上下左右移动，以调整电机轴向位置，使联轴器与电缆卷筒轴向契合。电机转数由变频器控制，变频器速度指令由轴向编码器提供的实时数据在设定范围内发出。
Winding Power System: Powered by 4 oil cylinders, it enables the winding motor platform to move up, down, left, and right to adjust the motor's axial position, ensuring the coupling is axially aligned with the cable drum. The motor speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and the frequency converter's speed command is issued within a set range based on real-time data provided by an axial encoder.
4：排线记米系统，由箱体，计米轮，压轮，轴向编码器和3组万向轴组成，排线箱体运动由一台油缸提供动力，排线箱体运动极限由两只接近开关控制。
Cable Arranging and Length-Measuring System: It consists of a cabinet, a length-measuring wheel, a pressure wheel, an axial encoder, and three sets of cardan shafts. The movement of the cable arranging cabinet is powered by one oil cylinder, and the movement limit of the cable arranging cabinet is controlled by two proximity switches.
5：电气控制系统，由控制面板上的物理按钮或触摸屏
